eDocPrintPro ermöglicht es mehrere unterschiedlich benannte Drucker anzulegen und mit verschiedenen Einstellungen zu verwenden. Mit dem Tool eDocPrintPro Utility lassen sich beliebige weitere Drucker anlegen.
Unter Windows 7 werden alle Drucker die zu einem Treiber gehören nur einmal angezeigt und sind Einzeln nur über die Funktion der rechten Maustaste erreichbar. Es gibt jedoch einen „Trick“ um ohne diese Gruppierung mit Hilfe eines Links über einen virtuellen Ordner auf alle angelegten Druckertreiber direkten Zugriff und die Drucker wie gewohnt angezeigt zu bekommen.

With Windows 7 the printers are grouped around a driver an they only can be selected by the right click button. Several operating systems, including Windows 7, accepts the „god mode“. To enable it, you only need to create a virtual folders. For the printers, you can create (where you like, eg. on the desktop) a folder with the name:
Printers.{2227A280-3AEA-1069-A2DE-08002B30309D}
This will open the standard printers panel, with all printers and standard menus.
The prefix „Printers“ in this sample can be any allowed text. The „.{…“ is essential.
What is God Mode? This is a „secret Windows 7 Feature“, which provides you an extended control panel to control your machine.
Here are the Steps to invoke the God Mode:
Create a new folder (right-click and click on “New Folder”). Right-click on the folder and click on rename, copy and paste this: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
This folder will now be a shortcut to the Windows 7 God Mode. The GodMode allows you to quickly access many Windows 7 functions via a GUI.
